Have you been actually charged a CA fee? If not, just sit tight. If you have, then you would be the first one actually charged such a fee.
Even if you have been charged a CA fee, Chase isn't going to change it back. The reality is that you did do a CA to Serve, it's just that haven't been coded as such.
