Question about the AMEX Serve offer for using mobile payments with ISIS/Softcard. How long does it take to post the $1 credit (via the $1 back for each $1+ transaction)? Also, when I go onto my Serve account and try to look at the transactions that I did for contactless payment, it says "technical difficulty." Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks!
Up to 3-4 days, in my experience. If you used it to tap at a vending machine/etc, there will also be a $4 hold that'll last the same amount of time.
