I think the $3 loading fee for the AFT card helps offset the usage of CC load. Since there won't be a loading fee for the Target prepaid Redcard, I doubt it will allow CC load. I think as long as the Target prepaid redcard can allow debit cards for the cash load, this might have a chance. Otherwise this prepaid redcard is crap.

What I don't like about the prepaid Redcard is that you can only have 1 product (BB, Serve or Target prepaid redcard). So those of us that have a BB/Serve account currently would have to close that account in order to sign up for this one. This is an instant deal breaker for me and even more so for those that have Serve Softcard.
