I registered Southwest as my airline. I purchased a $40 gift card on September 24.
The credit still has not posted, and I am concerned that it might not. When I look at the transaction details on the american express site, it includes a section title Flight Details with a flight number and part that says, "Document Type: SPD/AIR FREIGHT".
