Based on the language in the benefits guides they sent out, I'd think your cab to the meeting scenario could be reasonable and necessary. I could also see sending them the bill for a pair of cabs and dinner at a restaurant while you waited for an outbound delay, although taking a cab to Per Se during an LGA delay might be pushing it. I would think you would get reimbursed for internet charges at the airport and maybe a lounge pass (or Minute Suite at airports that have them) so you could get work done while you waited. Maybe an extra phone charger if you had checked yours? Stuff like that.
