I believe, US is under AA, and AA flights would earn 100% mileage in full fare and 80% for all other economy classes, just like BA since they're all in some tri-agreement transatlantic alliance now. IB flights earn 80% for all other economy fares on AAdvantage too.

I think only on BA do IB members earn 100% miles on all fare classes since they're owned by the same company.
