I noticed my mobile deposit was disabled and called. Someone re-enabled it. But today got the call from Candy and she said they were closing my account. I've had the account a long time (~4 years) and only in the last few months did MO deposit. $2,500 in the last 90 days and probably about that in the previous 90 days.
So I seem to be hit with closure because of a change based on a longer history.
I just received a letter that my account is being closed. Only open for 4 months, made 5 deposits - 2 of them w/ mobile app.
Used bill pay for all the deposits.
