I recently got a new UA Chase card and added it on Serve. On my first attempt to load it I tried to add $200, and got an error message that said “We’re sorry, something went wrong! Please try again.” I then tried to load $20 and that worked. I then tried to add an additional $180 and got the exact same error message. I waited a day and tried again, same error message. I am not sure if the issue is with Chase or with Serve, any ideas? This is my first time using a Chase card on Serve, but I successfully used a Citi card previously. Thanks!
