Good- Upgrade
- Bus ticket (hotel is not in the city, but near UN and airport)
- Friendly staff
- Pool
- Renovation by Tony Chi
Bad- Received an email about a "Royal Ambassador Minibar above average consumption"; had not a single sprit or beer and the minibar is limited, so very strange; asked three times if the minibar was free with points, answer was always yes
