When does this hotel make room assignments? Day of? Day before? Anyway to find out if you've been upgraded by checking online?
If there is a Park Deluxe King available will a Diamond automatically get it? We're booked into a Park Queen now and I see Park Deluxe Kings available for the days we'll be there. We have Diamond status as of last week. Hoping for a King but will be happy with either.
