Spent $200 on WN, did not get reimbursed for 9 days, agent now tells me I am not enrolled although I did. So I told her to enroll me now, but what happens to the $200 gift card charge? Anyone get reimbursed if the charge was made before the enrollment?

Thanks crzn. I did enroll but called again, now they tell me I was not enrolled in the system, so did the airline pref again. Let's see if the credit posts now.
