Assuming they use quality ingredients, and it is served fresh, this could be a great snack on a 50 minute CR7 hop. However, on a 2+ hour mainline flight, this is not acceptable as a meal substitute. And if it tastes as bad as it looks in that photo, then it's not acceptable in any circumstance.
