Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Two separate classic room reservations on points. When I asked them to combined the two reservations, I was upgraded to an exec room.
When I arrived, I had been upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite.
How are the rooms?
Room was really fine, facing four seasons on 3rd floor.
How is the exec. lounge?
Did not take up the offer, £78 rate for RA.
What was good and what was bad?
Good
Great room, good staff, all RA benefits honoured on the award stay, Surprisingly good value 30 min massage in Spa intercontinental (£45). Phone calls for SPA services menu and extra tea making stuff were served very quickly.

Value for $ or IHG Rewards Club Points? Would you return?
I felt like I should be wearing a mask. A quick check for a weekend in a 1-bed two weeks later showed it was £750 a night.
