I'm in the process of opening a new Serve account for a family member. I received an email 2 days ago requesting pictures of SS card and an ID with photo. I submitted those online, using a link provided by Serve.
It's been 2 days and when I login, it still says "We're still processing your application. Please check your email for an update." How long does this last? P.S. I want to do this online, HUCA not
