Hilton Select
Hilton Select offer sounds good but a giant pain to make reservations and recoup money. First attempt got a run around about whether a Hampton Inn was eligible - online it was the travel agent said no. Once we straightened that out they couldn't get my CC to work and promised to call back. Three days later no calls and there was no record of my reservation. You can't reserve a room via Hilton Honors or rent a car through you rental co. Got to use the Select people. Personally don't like it - too busy to out with incompetents. Negative rating over all.
I really like the Hilton Honors program and if I were Hilton I'd dump these clowns
