You have no concept or idea on why it is gambling do you? The USA Feds told the banks that they would fine them big time and they would be complicit in a criminal enterprise, (Think RICO, seizures, criminal indictments, etc) if the banks did not stop online gaming transactions. Do you really think a SIC code that says books, groceries, matters? The banks have hired full time people who just work on eliminating online gambling. A lot more is at stake than your money.... Like the banks right to continue in the banking business. You do not want to mess with Feds. They pulled out a huge hammer. Trust me if they even smell online gaming you are out the door.
