This question arises about once a week here. Domestic flights which have an international continuation segment are listed as "BE" flights even though they do not have BE seats nor service. In this case, you are either on DL 466 SLC-JFK-SVO or DL 444 SLC-JFK-FCO. In either case, the SLC-JFK segment neither has BE seats nor service. It is plain old domestic FC seats and service. Only the international segments (on different metal) have BE. Sorry to disappoint you.
