I got sick of all of DLs calendar import tools and just started loading everything to Kayak Trips. You can then subscribe/import the web calendar and everything appears nice and neat.

In the Kayak app, it also correctly arranges things in logical order (e.g. flight then rental car then hotel check in) instead of using the hotel check in time which, for me, is usually well before my flight even leaves.
