Wife applied for 2nd Citi Exec on 7/10 just before the link stopped working. She got the message that her application would need further consideration and she would be notified in 7-10 days. Just today (7/14) she received an email indicating she had been approved with an account opening date of 7/11. She did not call into the reconsideration line or take any other action prior to this approval notification.
