I don't think so. As long as the hotel still has the option of kicking out the offending guest.
Heh, I was checking in at a Hilton in Toronto last year where a couple was complaining at check out that they still had to pay for the room even though they didn't stay the night (apparently they checked in, then left and partied all night off property. The cops were nearly called)
