Booked cheapest on corp rate, was upgraded to a junior suite and club
How are the rooms?
Typical Junior suite, relatively spacious with a good work area. The furniture is somewhat dated, but well kept and perfectly acceptable.
How is the exec. lounge?
Relatively small, a bit weird layout (looks like they converted 5 normal rooms at the beginning of a corridor into the lounge)
Food selection was very good, but quality and taste was not. Friendly service.
For breakfast you have a choice between Club and the main restaurant (selection and food quality much better down there). Everybody we saw at breakfast in the club at the first morning was down there the next morning.
Did you receive a welcome gift?
One small cookie and a small bag of fruit chips.
Did you receive fruit in the room?
Yes, some small selection, also 2 bottles of local water
How was the minibar?
Some beer, no spirits and relatively poor

Value was good considering that the hotel is relatively inexpensive. Otherwise I would try to avoid Jakarta, but if I need to be back I would stay again
