If Citi had actually taken down the links, we'd be seeing some sort of "you've gone to a page that does not exist" message.
So for now, this may just be a technical problem with the page. Even if the other links still do work!
I'd like to think so, but that's highly unlikely. I think this deal is done. The good news is that the 75k offer may still live on.
