Well their customer service is awful here! I wrote to them on Facebook as well as a regular email and they never even replied. My husband was at the airport recently and asked the girl at the Budget counter and she said she had no idea what Fastbreak was. She said she never heard anything like it!?!?!
I am hoping to find a better rate with another company or just might have to suck it up and spend a bit more to get Avis for our trip.
