Really? Water, cellphones, laptops, and in flight entertainment? Why not just tell the airlines to go bankrupt and then they will save billions every year on fuel! Why do we even entertain this goofyness. What frequent business flier do you know who does not want/need all those things? Especially in this forum, we should be encouraging them to improve customer service not reduce it.

For example: I love that the airlines are putting UV lights in the restrooms to kill germs between use. Sure it cost them more energy to leave that light on, but the traveling health of your customers should be more important, so it makes sense.
