Cheapest room F&F rate got Executive Suite?/Room (corner) at 18th floor

How are the rooms?
Very nice, clean, room was big.

How is the exec. lounge?
It was great, not a huge selection but its good, wine and some liqour options. Breakfast they can make omelet or sunny side up eggs. I like the balcony when having a coffee or breakfast. That was nice!

Did you receive a welcome gift?

Its more of a "departure gift"
I initially didn't but later was given a Marmalade

How was the minibar?
I'd say it was well stocked up! Replenished daily and everything was included, not only the beverages but also the munchies/chocolates. Red and White wine from Weingut Beck, Radeberger Beer, some of the liqours.

Staff solved issues with parking, very apologetic and gave me a bottle opener
I asked for a Teddy Bear and Katharina was able to get me one.

No fruit and water in the room (I totally forgot about it)
- I asked about it during check-out the lady told me I was upgraded "again" so the fruit and water was sent to the "original" room. So I don't know how true is this... I emailed them ahead of time that I will be arriving between 9 and 10am
No gift was given (initially)
- After asking about it they gave me 2x Marmalade and also 2x Bottle Opener

No Welcome letter
Didn't like the pillows, too soft
No recycle bin

They charge me parking for 2 days! Without really informing me about how the rate is calculated. So I complained and they only charged me 1 day.
