same boat as you all...I got the first 20k after the first billing cycle. I met my spending req a couple weeks before the third billing cycle ended and I got no 20K. I called and the agent said that I'd get the next 20k after the next cycle. Cycle closed last week and still nothing. Called again and agent said that miles should post after the next cycle closes later this month. He said something about a full 120 days should pass and then then miles will post. NO IDEA what that means
