What a great thread, Carfield, to go along with the F and J Menu threads. I always enjoy your trip reports as well, often because of the great food porn!
I just snagged, using AA miles, the following itinerary:
BKK-HKG CX F (CX 702)
HKG-SFO CX F (CX 872)
SFO-JFK AA F transcon
I looked but couldn't find any late-night departure F menus for SFO, or (I think) LAX or JFK.
I see CX has cut certain items from the J class meals on these late night flights. Has CX downgraded the F menu as well? Will it be a full dinner on the SFO-HKG? What is the second meal, is it breakfast? (Even though arrival time into SFO is 22:10).
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
