This is pretty good for ex-YYZ.*
$603USD Toronto YYZ - Bucharest OTP, round-trip, everything included, flying on Air France, KLM, and/or Alitalia. You can route through Paris CDG, Amsterdam AMS, Milan MXP, or Rome FCO (though it seems like it's easier to route through CDG or AMS). I haven't played around with it too much, but I was able to get 5.9CPM, but 6.1CPM seems to be the easiest.
*Note, after finding this fare, I discovered botato found it before me in the Good Deals forum.
