Just looking at this again, and I noticed that you are assuming 016 ticket stock in the guts of the extension. Wouldn't it be better to grab the plating carrier directly from the full ticket number as displayed? As an example, this would be useful to confirm PQD accruals on non-016 stock with UA segments.
