Is AC Paris Porte Maillot opened?

Has this hotel opened yet? The Marriott site is taking reservations for it over July 4th but I've see no reports or photos on this site or Trip Advisor yet. Very hesitant to book at a hotel that may still be under construction (I've done that before to my regret...)
