What do you mean by "SOP at LHR". Aren't all the departure gates in a secure zone I would enter after passing through security again? What would it matter if I were going to a T1 gate or a T2 gate?
Forgive me, I have rarely transited LHR, and obviously not in the new configuration. I'm usually passing through FRA.
