AA (DCA - JFK), US (DCA - LGA), and DL (both DCA - JFK and DCA - LGA) all manage to serve drinks on what amounts to a 35 - 45 minute flight from wheels up to wheels down.

In fact US and AA manage to do it on mainline planes (A319 and 738 respectively) in addition to RJs (almost all of which have more than 50 seats).
