So I guess that only involuntary changes (or changes arising from involuntary rerouting/downgrading etc) are not charged.
I would have expected this as standard - but didn't realise this was what was meant by the wording, which implies that the amount itself can also vary (and be a value other than €50 or €0) or even that, for some voluntary changes, no fee may be charged.
