PS ... received all the messages with different timings as to when I would be notified ... did the call from my landline yesterday .. did this confirm security questions perhaps ? ... that did seem to be a concern for them ...
Sadly , prior to ... I panicked & ditched all previous pts ... oh well ... onwards into the fog ! ... @ least the newly parked pts are very usable in the near future ... new trip plans !

I read it to mean that he did not get automatic approval, but dreaded calling recon. So afraid of a possible blacklist and denial, he liquidated his UR points. But he was finally approved without talking to anyone.
Now he wishes that he hadn't transferred his points. The last sentence seems to say that now the points have been transferred they will be easier to use in the near future.
