15,000 miles for improper meal prioritization where non-revs were given priority over revenue passengers.

Part of the response I got back from Customer Care.

Per United policy, United guarantees first choice of meals in
the premium cabin for Global Services and Premier 1K members. Following
this, Meal preferences are provided to other revenue customers, if
available. Finally, non-revenue passengers' preferences will follow all
revenue customers.
