I can't see any really good ways to use your miles. However, If you have USAirways accounts, you could take advantage of their buy and share miles promos, and the fact that they are not currently charging surcharges on BA flights, to buy the miles for your tickets. At $1220 for purchased miles (70K) and $550 for shared miles (50K), you would wind up paying close to $2000 total for crazy routings. And not earn miles. So never mind.
