Which I find ironic given how many Japanese same day ship their baggage to the airport, and just how efficient and readily available "post" services are in the country.
I've never researched it but figure there must be services commercially available to help move bags back and forth between the airports. Obviously one would still need to gather his/her bags first before turning them over to a service provider.
