I'm encouraged by their responsiveness.

My one and only experience with Lost & Found was on a flight to Varadero in J where my wife had her coat hung up by the FA upon boarding but it was never returned when we landed. When we realized it was missing we were already on the wrong side of immigration and all the GA's had crossed over to the gate for the flight back to YYZ. Someone from ACV told that it would be held in Toronto for us but we never saw it again. A complaint to AC customer service went nowhere.

Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
