Given the small amount of money, circuit court wouldn't be justified, why bother listen to go to circuit court instead of focus more on MS to bring it to a different level? I am blessed to have earned millions of miles for first/business ticket to see the world which I would never do it if I have to spend my own money. There are banks(or judges or other people dislike your MS), but there are banks don't bother you do so (citi approved me 2nd executive card and give me more credit line than before regardless my large spending and never questioned what are my purchases for). If one bank close you out, move on to another bank. You bring them business (I am just wondering who is losing money in our MS hobby, banks get fee, we get our points).
