an aussie experience- started brilliantly- called Australian hyatt number who transferred me through to BRG Lovely.. And the pain began- despite trying multiple sites with the agent- they would NOT price match ANY site as the site "does not specify the bed type - it has to say king or two doubles"- hotel is LA Downtown (new hyatt property). So 40 mins later- gave up. So much for hyatt platinum...
