AmEx for Target: $400/week credit card ATM withdrawals for 1.3%+ in certain cities
My work place has a fee free ATM but it's limited to $300.
After the first withdrawal monthly, to empty out $1k still takes $9.67. $3 + $2 * 3.33. I guess this would be better than OV.
