I signed up for Rapid Rewards dining today, selecting it because of the extra 10 points per review and an additional 300 points per 1,000 earned with the 'Thank You' bonus. After adding a card, it said that I am not eligible for the Thank You bonus and to refer to the
bonus details. As far as I can tell, I'm signed up to receive emails, and can't find anything else that may disqualify me from receiving the bonus. So, any thoughts on why I can't receive it?
