My own experience from the last few days:
Submitted a claim for Hilton Stockholm, against Agoda. Shot down because Agoda's cancellation was day before the stay, Hilton's was the day of the stay. OK, perhaps not unexpected.
Then submitted against hotels.info. This was exactly the same conditions etc. Claim denied because I had already submitted another previous claim (Agoda).
Lame. Could have cancelled, rebooked, submitted another claim but this is just a waste of time.
