I would love to follow brettskyg's directions, however my Ink account was closed last September (I lost 98K points). Currently, I cannot access my online account anymore (it says that temporary password is expired or something like that). I tried to register my cancelled Ink card in order to get a new online access, but their systems don't recognize me as customer. So, I would say that the aforementioned method to get points would not work for me. I wish I would knew it months ago...
