I have an upcoming claimed stay on Saturday at IC Westminster in London, I haven't received any updates by IHG and the rate isn't adjusted either so can I assume I get reimbursed or how do they handle it there?
Does anybody know if the IC Westminster comps your room or is it know for reimbursement?
