Here is the menu from 6 APRIL LAX-ZRH

First Course:

La Quercia speck with grilled artichoke heart, tomato and feta

Grilled shrimp with cilantro and anise
Daikon, celery and Fuji apple salad

Seasonal salad with balsamic vinaigrette

Main Course:

Lamb loin, red wine jus
Lavender polenta, roasted root vegetables

Grilled chicken breast with demi-glace
Creamy farro, buutered haricots verts

Citrus-marinated sea bass, orange cream sauce
Pilaf rice, sunblush tomato, roasted baby fennel

Swiss spaztzle gratin with mushrooms, leek, roasted onions and Swiss Gruyere

Cheese:

Selection of Swiss and international cheese

Dessert:

Cannoli mousse

Swiss chocolates
