Citi and AA are in fact accurate in their advertising. The Citi Executive AA is "The only credit card with an Admirals Club membership." The Citi Prestige card doesn't come with an Admirals Club membership, it gives you access to Admirals Club lounges (not partner lounges) when you're flying AA that day, which is much more limited than an actual membership.
