The 'buffet' includes your typical buffet items hot and cold, including scrambled eggs, etc. In addition to the buffet, you get a menu of 7 or 8 additional 'breakfast meals' (themed by country - an American omelette, UK 'full English', Italian poached egg, French crepe, etc) with prices around the 20€ mark IIRC. Despite the prices mentioned on the menu, the first one you pick is free/included.

Termini is an extremely easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus was very handy when leaving the hotel with heavy baggage, being able to quickly hop on and get to the station was appreciated.
