On Request just means they're waiting for confirmation from partner airlines, usually. It should be fine. I think for these redemptions, they issue an "AAdvantage certificate" which they immediately apply to the ticket, so that's why it shows 0 miles. You paid for a "certificate" with miles and then paid for the ticket using the certificate
