It is working out of MSP.
I tried for LON, EDI, DUB, and other Great Britain destinations but it appears to be only for the continent.
It does work even for an open jaw MSP-BUD and OTP-MSP. It actually is less expensive than Delta's Economy class, so is at the top of the list in an ITA search for "Cheapest available".
